"We live by faith, not by sight. We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home w/ the Lord. So we make it our goal to please him, whether we are at home in the body or away from it. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad."
A big warning to me! I woke up this morning, pretty tired and still feeling sick (hv been sick for the past few days!) Worrying about work and study, my head is filled up w/ the earthly tasks, not mentioned about "how to please Him"... (my new colleagues work so hard that they need to take taxi home for a few nights, you can imagine how busy and pressure we are.)
Recently I have been thinking of how my life to honour God, praise?
Again, it's the priority of my life. Gotta reset things all over again for there's one day I hv to stand in front of the Thrown and Jesus will count my fruit of Spirit - hm..no love, no patience, not much joy (I always forgot that Lord is w/ us and why still not feeling happy?), no peace, no ???..OMG! "big wok".
If I have real faith (i.e not judge things by our logical common sense / sight), there no more need to think too much about the earthly problems/ difficutlies/ worries...
Cheers
